Complaint
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 24-month right to claim is granted on all goods. The right to claim means that you, as a customer, can complain about defects and deficiencies in the product that have arisen up to 24 months after the purchase. However, it is a prerequisite that these deficiencies have not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour that has led to the deficiency. You must make a claim within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If you make a claim within two months of the fault being discovered, the claim will always be considered timely. As a consumer, you can demand redelivery of the item if the claim is justified and redelivery does not incur unreasonable costs for Art By Palaz, or is otherwise impossible.
If the claim is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in secure packaging. Remember also to get a receipt for dispatch so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.
