By shopping at Art By Palaz I/S, you accept the following terms and conditions.
2. Ordering
When you place an order on www.artbypalaz.dk, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The agreement is not binding until you have received this confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of errors in pricing, stock status, or technical issues.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.
We accept payment via the payment methods displayed on the webshop (e.g., card payment, MobilePay, etc.).
The amount will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped.
4. Production and Delivery
All our works are produced to order.

Production time: Up to 5 business days

Delivery time: Depends on shipping method and destination

Express delivery: Possible for an additional fee
We always ship with Danish freight carriers.
We strive for quick delivery, but delays may occur during busy periods.
5. Shipping
The shipping price is displayed at checkout.
The risk for the item passes to you as the customer upon delivery.
6. Right of Withdrawal
You generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.
Exception:
As our products are custom-made (printed to order), the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
Extended right of withdrawal at Art By Palaz
Although our products are custom-made and therefore not generally covered by the statutory right of withdrawal, at Art By Palaz, we have chosen to offer our customers a 14-day right of withdrawal anyway.
This means that as a customer, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt via e-mail at kontakt@artbypalaz.dk.
The right of withdrawal is conditional on the item being returned in its original condition and packaging without signs of use or damage. The customer bears the costs of return, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Complaints
You have a 2-year right to complain according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
The right to complain covers defects and deficiencies that are not due to incorrect use or normal wear and tear.

8. Receipt of Goods
Upon receipt, we recommend that you immediately check the package for visible damage.
If the packaging is damaged:

Do not sign for receipt, if possible

Or note the damage upon receipt
Then contact us with documentation (pictures).
9. Disclaimer
Art By Palaz cannot be held responsible for indirect losses due to delayed delivery or defects in the product.
